About Us

Founded by Neil Edwards, a coatings industry professional with over 30 years of experience, Evolution Management bridges a critical knowledge gap in fire safety. Neil’s career began in decorative and protective coatings in the early 1990s and developed into highly specialised expertise in fire retardant and intumescent systems. His work spans healthcare, education, residential, heritage, and new construction sectors, supporting projects at design, implementation, and remediation stages.
