Multilayer Paint

With no standard testing data available the testing of existing painted substrates and combustible surfaces for condition, adhesion, paint thickness and type is critical to achieving the required spread of flame, smoke, flaming droplets or fire resistance classifications  

Failure to identify the likely environmental conditions during application and drying and the required application method (brush, roller or spray often leads to incorrect product choice. Maintenance programs, sustainability and design considerations such as the Equality Act may also influence decisions.

 Provide specification recommendations in line with project-specific requirements.   Provide a detailed manufacturer written specification for each required system,  including  number of coats, spreading rates or dry film thickness (WFT or DFT) as  applicable. Provide technical data sheets and test certificates for the selected systems.
